	PT Inc works with and advocates for Physical, Occupational, Speech Language Pathologists and Special Instructors working in Early Intervention settings in Pennsylvania. We believe that Independent Contract positions can be structured to benefit both the therapist and client. By placing the right therapist in the right setting, we are able to create stability for our therapists and clients. We believe therapists benefit from lifelong learning when they work in environments that encourage teams, collaboration and respect for an interdisciplinary approach. Learning from each other is the key to offering the best programs to children.	We attribute our success as a company to the talents and skills of our stable, experienced staff as well as PT Inc.’s commitment to providing the best supports possible for therapists and our families. In 2000, PT Inc. was designated the Initial Evaluation Team for Delaware and Bucks Counties. In 2008, we expanded our role as an evaluation team to Philadelphia County. Our team of therapists evaluate and determine eligibility in Early Intervention for over 3,000 children annually. Our evaluators are some of the most experienced clinicians in the area with an average of twenty plus years of experience. PT Inc. also provides therapists to Preschool Programs in the Southeast Region.	Everyday, our team members face the challenges of helping families see their child’s strengths and understand their child’s needs. We help families turn challenges into opportunities to grow and build new skills as a family which leads to improved confidence and quality of life for families and children. Since 1993, PT Inc. has been providing programming for children. During that time, Early Intervention has continued to change and evolve. We have been there every step of the way for children and families helping them understand the supports available through educational programs. We have been there for therapists helping them define their ever changing role as an Early Intervention provider.
